Hey, hey, hey...
I missed blogging. But laziness trumps desire in this case.
Soon.
Hopefully nothing soupy or eye-rolling.
And I just pressured myself.

The Two Words that Run Miles
It tells you that people take responsibility for the outcome of their actions. It tells you that the people you are working on forgiving deserve it in the first place. It tells you that it is time to shift from anger to understanding, and from understanding to acceptance.
Yes, a sincere apology is always a noble thing.
P. S. Relevant links from blog rockstars: Seth Godin: Easy to Type (short but powerful, and hands down my favorite of his posts) and Zen Habits: How to Let Go and Forgive.

Happy Monday
She could go the melodramatic route...
Or she could spark it up a little. And let it be what it should be - funny, feisty and unrelenting.
After all, she of all people should know, engineering futilities is soooo last year.

1500
It's just a day.
It's no longer the day you spent a month protecting. It's no longer the day when everything else takes a backseat. It's no longer that day.
It's just a day. So suck it up.

Coke Zero
It tastes good enough for me. Nothing like the artificial insufficient taste of its predecessors. So much so that when I do crave, I crave for it. That it can surpass all others.
But one swig... and more and more until I've had a glassful... cannot refute the fact that despite how good it is... it's nothing compared to the real thing. That which I terribly missed. Unwittingly so...
And until then, I'm better off with neither...

Now I'm Bitching
I can't believe I used to love this show. I can't believe I used to come off watching an episode all excited about the next. I cannot believe I wasted another 45 minutes watching one ridiculous scene after the other. No more. Will someone please just let me know if the old OTH is back? But then, I'm not holding my breath.

The YM Ignore List
- The ignored person cannot be in your YM contact list. If he/she is, then you have a deletion to make. Fair enough right? Besides how easy is it to ignore someone who's there and everywhere, as if mocking you incessantly? Hahaha.
- On the other hand, if you are in the ignored person's contact list (which you most probably are), you will simply be permanently invisible to this person. No notifications of you blocking him/her off. Which was my biggest question actually.
- Should the ignored person message you, you simply don't receive his/her message/s. On his/her end, it would seem like you were offline and did not receive any message sent your way.
I was pretty pleased with how the ignore function works because you get to just disappear and not be bothered anymore should you want to be left alone. No concerns over confrontations on why you blocked a person off. Very minimal energy wasted. :D However, be forewarned that should you change your mind and choose to unblock the ignored, it might not be as simple as adding him/her as you would a new contact if you are still in his/her contact list. You might see a perpetual "add request pending" status that only disappears if the ex-ignored deletes you in his/her contact list and adds you back in. By then you would have to come up with a pretty believable excuse for the deletion ("It was an accident," or "The dog ate my contact list."). Or, come clean and say you chose to cut him/her off at one point in time. I hope then that the formerly-ignored-and-now-back-in-your life would be cool with it. Or, if it's not too much to ask, humble and mature enough to understand why.
P. S. The perpetual "add request pending" status does not happen all the time. Phew! But then, still be prepared for the possibility of it happening.
